700 gground meat
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 spoons of sweet red pepper
1 spoon of salt
6 kspoons of rice
1 spoon of fine chopped parsley
1 spoon of spices mixture
1 kg of peppers
1 dl SUNCE oil
2 tablespoons of flour
3 teaspoons of tomato concentrate
1 stick celery leaves
Preparation:

Carve the peppers and clean the seeds. Put ground meat in a bowl and add all mentioned ingredients in order. Stir well and stuff the peppers. In the pot prepared for cooking of stuffed peppers add SUNCE sunflower oil and fry some flour and in the end add the tomato concentrate. Add water until sauce thickness. Put stuffed peppers in the sauce and stick of celery and cook for an hour.
