1package lasagna noodles
500 g ground meat
2 dl tomato sauce
1 onion
300 g grated Trappista
SUNCE oil
mix of spices
half of a vegetable soup cube
Béchamel
50 g margarine
small cup of flour
half a liter of milk
4 tablespoons of sour cream
100 g melted cheese
Preparation:

On SUNCE sunflower oil fry minced onion, add meat, stir and fry until it gets dark color. Add tomato sauce, ketchup and spices as you like and then with occasional stirring add some water and fry for about 20 minutes. In the meantime prepare the béchamel sauce: melt the margarine, add flour, the briefly fry and with stirring pour half quantity of milk. Cook with constant stirring until it starts thickening and slowly add the rest of the mil. Season and cook until the sauce starts thickening. Then add sour cream and cheese, stir and cook briefly cook. In previously greased up fireproof dish pour some béchamel, and put a layer of lasagna noodles, again pour over it with 5 full tablespoons of béchamel, then spread meat over it, spread cheese, and repeat the procedure. In the end pour remainder of béchamel over it, pour cheese and ketchup and bake in an over preheated to 200℃ for around 20 to 30 minutes until nice brown crust is formed on the top.
